Vizionz Lounge and Live Music
1. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment Model
All products sold through Vizionz Lounge and Live Music are fulfilled using a print-on-demand production method. Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this custom production process, our return and exchange policies differ from traditional retail stores.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following fulfillment, return, and refund policies.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, Vizionz Lounge and Live Music does not accept returns or exchangesin the following situations:
Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Incorrect size, color, or product variant selected by the customer during checkout.

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
-
Customer received the correct product as ordered but desires a different size, color, or design.

Orders returned due to invalid, incomplete, or incorrect delivery addresses. (A refund will be issued for the product only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Reprints are available for an additional charge.)
3. Accepted Claims for Replacement or Refund
Vizionz Lounge and Live Music will offer a free reprint or full refund in the following cases:
Eligible Scenarios:

Product is received damaged or has manufacturing defects.

Wrong product, size, color, or design is delivered to the customer.

Product is lost or damaged during shipping.
4. How to File a Claim
To qualify for a replacement or refund, customers must follow these steps:

File the claim within:

30 days of delivery for domestic (U.S.) orders

45 days of delivery for international orders
-
Contact Vizionz Lounge and Live Music through our support form or by email.

Include:

The original order number
-
A detailed description of the issue
-
Clear photo(s) or video(s) showing the damage, defect, or error
-
No return is necessary for damaged or incorrect items.
Additional information may be requested if the submitted proof is insufficient.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed as follows:

By default, refunds will be issued to your Vizionz Lounge and Live Music store credit or account balance (if applicable).

You may request a refund to your original payment method.

For non-USD transactions, refunds will be returned directly to the original payment source (e.g., debit/credit card or PayPal account).
6. Important Notes & Limitations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued due to poor-quality, low-resolution, or improperly formatted design files provided by the customer.

Slight design placement shifts (less than 1 inch) may occur and are not considered defects.

Vizionz Lounge and Live Music is not responsible for design errors (e.g., typos, incorrect positioning) that result from failure to follow artwork guidelines.
7. Right to Refuse Refunds or Reprints
Vizionz Lounge and Live Music reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests if:

The issue is caused by customer error or failure to follow instructions.

Submitted claims are false, misleading, or fraudulent.

Artwork submitted does not follow our file requirements or contains prohibited content.
